Question 1

Are the lights visible during the day?

Accepted Answer

The track is designed to be discreet and can be color-matched to your home's soffit or fascia. Visibility depends on the property, finish, and installation.

Question 2

What about HOA or community rules?

Accepted Answer

Rules vary by community. Please review your HOA or property-management requirements and obtain any approval that applies before installation. A discreet daytime appearance does not guarantee approval.

Question 3

Can I do warm white architectural lighting?

Accepted Answer

Warm-white scenes may be available depending on the selected system. We can discuss color temperature and everyday use during your estimate; lighting is not a substitute for a security system.

Question 4

Who does the electrical work?

Accepted Answer

Electrical needs depend on the property and proposed system. BayGlow reviews the scope with you and can coordinate professional installation through qualified installation partners if you move forward.

Question 5

How are they controlled?

Accepted Answer

Controls depend on the selected system. Available features may include on/off controls, schedules, colors, and lighting scenes through a compatible phone app or controller.

Question 6

Are the components suitable for outdoor use?

Accepted Answer

Outdoor components are selected for the installation, but no product should be described as universally waterproof. We can explain the applicable outdoor ratings and placement for the system proposed for your property.
